Endolift
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser-based aesthetic treatment designed to tighten skin, stimulate collagen, and improve body and facial contours — without traditional surgical incisions or general anesthesia. It’s sometimes called a laser facelift or laser tightening treatment because it reshapes and rejuvenates from beneath the skin’s surface
What Endolift Is
Endolift® uses a special medical laser system (often at a 1470 nm wavelength) delivered beneath the skin through ultra-thin optical microfibers (as thin as a human hair). The laser energy:
Heats tissue to stimulate collagen & elastin production — improving firmness and elasticity.
Causes controlled contraction of existing collagen, leading to immediate tightening.
Helps melt small fat deposits in targeted areas.
It’s considered minimally invasive because it doesn’t require large cuts, stitches, or general anesthesia — only tiny entry points and usually local anesthesia for comfort.
💆♂️ What It’s Used For
📍 Facial and Neck Rejuvenation
Jawline definition
Double chin reduction
Sagging cheeks or jowls
Loose neck skin
Under-eye tightening
📍 Body Contouring
Upper arms
Abdomen or hips
Inner and outer thighs
Knees and other localized areas
It’s aimed at mild to moderate skin laxity and localized fat — not major weight loss or significant sagging that requires surgical lift.
💡 How It Works
Local anesthesia is applied for comfort.
A hair-thin laser fiber is inserted under the skin into the superficial tissue.
Laser light delivers controlled heat, prompting collagen restructuring, tissue tightening, and fat remodelling.
The fiber is removed — leaving no large incisions.
The body continues to improve skin structure over weeks to months.
Visible improvement can be seen immediately, with ongoing results as collagen rebuilds and tissues tighten (often 2–6 months).
⚙️ Benefits
✔ Non-surgical and minimal downtime (return to normal activities quickly).
✔ No large scars or sutures — tiny entry points only.
✔ Combines skin tightening + fat reduction in one session.
✔ Results can last up to ~2–3 years in many cases.
⚠️ Risks & Side Effects
Common temporary effects include:
Redness, swelling & bruising at the treatment site.
Mild discomfort or heat sensation during or after the procedure.
Rare but important risks (especially if performed incorrectly) can include:
Skin burns or pigmentation changes
Contour irregularities
Nerve irritation or temporary numbness
⚠️ Because it involves internal laser energy, it must be performed by a qualified medical professional — ideally with training in laser and facial anatomy.
🕒 Recovery & Results
Most people can resume activities quickly (often within a day or two).
Some swelling or tenderness may be present for a few days to a couple of weeks.
Results continue to improve over weeks to months as collagen matures
